IAN RODRIGUES
DIRECTOR
Ian holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Masters of Taxation and is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Tax Institute of Australia. He is the co-founder of Pioneer and former principal of Bishop Collins Chartered Accountants. Ian has over 25 years experience in accounting practices, advising clients and assisting in property transactions.
GLENN HARRIS
DIRECTOR
Glenn holds a Bachelor of Economics and is a Chartered Accountant, Registered Company Auditor and Fellow of the Tax Institute of Australia. He is the co-founder of Pioneer and a principal of Bishop Collins Chartered Accountants. Glenn has over 30 years experience in accounting practices including the provision of advice on real property transactions and structuring. This includes advising clients and lawyers on the establishment of funds and unit trusts.
SHARON FRANCIS
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Sharon holds a Bachelor of Financial Administration and is a Chartered Accountant. She joined Pioneer in 2015. Sharon’s career has always been in property, working over 10 years at listed property fund manager Charter Hall, Sydney and servicing property clients at the Chartered Accounting firm KPMG, Sydney.
LEIGH THEWLIS
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Leigh holds a Bachelor of Business and has a particular interest in business strategy and management. Prior to joining Pioneer in 2018, he worked in the UK self storage and logistics industry and has 12 years experience in retail, sales, service and operations management in Australia.
KYLIE RUSSOTTI
FINANCE MANAGER
Kylie holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Chartered Accountant. She joined Pioneer in 2018. Prior to joining Pioneer, she worked at Chartered Accounting firm Fortunity for over 10 years and has extensive experience in commerical roles as the internal accountant.
