Pioneer is now fundraising for its latest fund, Pioneer Capital Fund Warnervale.
The Fund has exchanged contracts to acquire industrial land in Warner Business Park located moments from the M1 Motorway on the Central Coast. Settlement is expected to occur in June 2024.
The Fund intends to construct a self storage facility, Storage Spot Warnervale.
