Spending her childhood in Coffs Harbour, and then moving to Armidale to study Accounting at the University of New England, Sharon’s extensive experience working in Sydney and the USA, brings a wealth of knowledge to the Pioneer Investment Group team.
In 1998 after completing her degree, Sharon’s first job was at the Audit Office NSW. Audit gave Sharon the foundations she needed to broaden her knowledge. Working with KPMG in Sydney, and later in the USA, led Sharon to her specialisation in Property Funds Management. After spending 10 years at Charter Hall as a Property Funds Manager, Sharon joined the Pioneer Investment Group in 2014.

He successfully achieves goals and set objectives. Leigh’s excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills are central to his success. He thrives in challenging environments and leading teams which includes managing, motivating and training staff to be successful and productive.
For the past 2 years Leigh has successfully managed the operations of Pioneer Investment Group’s self-storage portfolio spanning NSW, VIC and WA
